First Day Out Belal Muhammad makes a hilarious meme to commemorate the First Day of the Jorge
Belal Muhammad has put his meme game to good use before the trial of Jorge Masvidal, for assaulting Colby Covington sees it’s first day in court. The welterweight posted a video that would aptly summarize the mood in the courtroom if the two were to be put around each other.
For those that are living under a rock, a few weeks after their fight at UFC 272, Jorge Masvidal felt the two still had Unfinished business despite Covington having mangled Masvidal for all 5 rounds. To this effect, Masvidal assaulted Covington a local steakhouse in Miami. Immediately after the incident, Jorge posted a short video titled “#showyourfacechallenge ” all but admitting his guilt.
He would delete it as Covington was not playing outside the cage. The former interim champion was out dining with YouTube group, The Nelk Boys when all of this went down. The Nelk boys are also close with Jorge Masvidal and many fans have theorized that it was actually the YouTubers who leaked Covington’s location.
In the aftermath of the altercation, Colby was left with a chipped tooth and some bruises along with an alleged incident where his Rolex broke during the fight. Covington lawyered up and took Masvidal to court and has sued him for damages. If proven guilty Masvidal is at serious risk of spending time behind bars.

Ever the troll, Bully Muhammad made the perfect use of his internet skills and gave us a meme of a gem that portrays how we the trial would go with the two in the same room. Even the NELK boys get a reference.
The meme shows someone from the prosecution, going back to their seat from the stand and on their way smacking the defense on their head. Obviously, the one who assaulted and ran away was titled Masvidal.
Belal has previously shown he can use the worst memes to get the best guests on his podcast. While the scene at the top is crowded, with Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman set to face off for the Welterweight title, the immediate rank below is empty as Belal is one of the few top welterweights that hasn’t fought recently and is coming off wins.
He is currently aiming to fight fellow top contender Khamzat Chimaev. The only top welterweights with winning streaks, it will be a good scrap for both men and a real test to see who has what it takes to challenge for Welterweight gold.
