East of Fountain of Lucine

Use the Waypoint north of the Foggy Forest Path, go down the hill, and discover a small lake with two Lakelight Lilies. Keep heading west to a bigger lake for four more flowers. Finally, travel to the Teleport Waypoint east of the Weeping Willow of the Lake and go east to find three more by a small pond.

Weeping Willow of the Lake

This spot is like a treasure trove for Lakelight Lilies, but some of them are hidden until you finish The Wild Fairy Of Erinnyes quest. You start at the Weeping Willow of the Lake Waypoint, grab six flowers to the north, then collect 15 as you circle the lake from the east. Head west for the remaining eight flowers and dive into the water to find seven near the roots of the huge tree.

Loch Urania

Just like the Weeping Willow spot, Loch Urania gets more Lakelight Lilies after you finish The Wild Fairy Of Erinnyes quest. From the Loch Urania Waypoint, go southwest to find a pond with three flowers. Go north for eight more, then circle the lake for three additional flowers. Keep going west, and you'll find three more by a waterfall. Finally, teleport to the Waypoint west of Loch Urania and grab three more from the nearby lake.

Pahsiv merchant

Once you complete The Wild Fairy Of Erinnyes quest, Pahsiv becomes a merchant in Genshin Impact. You can find her in a small cave northeast of Loch Urania, selling special items like Lakelight Lily in exchange for Tidalga. You can buy up to 15 Lakelight Lily flowers from her. Note that you can only purchase items from Pahsiv merchant once and they will not be refreshed in the future.
