LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Pop singer Kesha is teaming up with rapper Macklemore in 2018 for the ‘The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore’ Tour.
The nine-week, 30-market tour gets underway on June 6th at the Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, Az. and carries through the summer before concluding at MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre on August 5th. The run includes shows at the Forum in Los Angeles, Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas and the Budweiser Stage in Toronto.
Kesha, who just wrapped up a sold-out solo tour on her own, is on the road supporting her third studio album “Rainbow” which was released in August. Macklemore is bolstering “Gemini” his second studio album and the long-awaited follow-up to his 2005 debut “The Language of My World.”
The duo teased the upcoming tour when they performed “Good Old Days” the latest single from “Gemini together on Ellen earlier this year and at KIIS-FM’s Jingle Ball last week.
$1 from every ticket sold will be donated on ‘The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore’ tour. Kesha will donate her proceeds to RAINN (Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network), the largest anti-sexual assault organization in the US. Macklemore will donate his proceeds to M Plus1, an organization that advances racial and social justice through the M&RL Equity Fund.
