Masters Day 9 Results: Masters Reykjavik is the first international Valorant event of the 2022 VCT circuit. This Tournament will kick off on the 10th of April and we will get our first World Champion of the year on the 24th of April.
VCT is the Riot Games’ official circuit for Valorant. In the Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik, 12 teams from across the globe will meet in Iceland and represent their region. All teams will face each other for straight 14 days and the best of the best will raise the trophy of VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik.
On day 9 of the tournament 2 BO3 series was played. The games were streamed on both Twitch and Youtube.
Map 1(Icebox): ZETA took the first half with an 8-4 score. ZETA won the map with a 13- 11 scoreline.
Map 2(Ascent): DRX took the first half with a 7-5 score. DRX won the map with a 13-10 scoreline.
Map 3(Split): ZETA took the first half with a 10-2 score. ZETA won the map with a 13- 4 scoreline.
Map 1(Split): G2 took the first half with a 9-3 score. Paper Rex won the map with a 13- 11 scoreline.
Map 2(Bind): Paper Rex took the first half with an 8-4 score. Paper Rex won the map with a 13-7 scoreline.
Map 3(Icebox): Paper Rex won the first two maps so map 3 was not played.
