WATCH: Bray Wyatt pays tribute to Brodie Lee on his second death anniversary

Bray Wyatt has been the life of many WWE enthusiasts. When fans demanded that he should return to the company, WWE made it possible. Today, at the WWE live event at Madison Square Garden, Bray Wyatt also went ahead to have his first match since WrestleMania 36 to satisfy the burning desires of his fans.

Bray Wyatt’s match against Jinder Mahal marked a significant event in the lives of many. This day marks the second anniversary of the death of Brodie Lee aka Luke Harper. Luke was a close friend of Bray, and the two shared numerous victories together inside the WWE ring while they were a part of the faction called ‘The Wyatt Family.’

As Bray squared off against Jinder Mahal at the Madison Square Garden, the former Universal champion paid tribute to his long-lost friend. The short match concluded with Bray hitting ‘Sister Abigail’ on Jinder. As Bray clinched victory in his match, the MSG crowd didn’t fail to acknowledge him. A glimpse of the match’s finish .

Bray had returned to WWE at Extreme Rules but hadn’t been involved in any in-ring action. His character appears in the storylines of Uncle Howdy and LA Knight. According to some reports, the two will face off at the Royal Rumble, with a lot of gimmick work involved.

Bray Wyatt wrote a heartbreaking message for Brodie Lee 

The news that Brodie Lee was not among us broke numerous hearts. One such deep impact was on Bray Wyatt, who took to Instagram to share a very heartfelt message about the dark event. Bray also shared some memorable moments from the lives of the two best friends.

“I’m so goddamn pissed. This isn’t how it is supposed to be,” wrote Bray. The two best friends had a lot of plans for their future, which now seem to be bleak. He also added that he will take care of Broadie’s family and let his son know what a great man he was.
